Shipping

All Domestic US shipping is by UPS. All orders we have in stock are shipped from Calabasas, California.

Orders with in stock inventory will be fulfilled within 5-7 business days (excluding holidays). Please note your order may encounter delays once shipped with UPS due to COVID-19, increased shipping volume or inclement weather which is out of our control. 

Shipping costs are calculated live at checkout by size, weight, and the type of item you are purchasing. eg. Butter must be shipped overnight however dishes can be shipped via UPS ground.

Canada Shipping

All of our items ship from within the United States. Shipping rates to Canada are shown in US dollars and based on UPS Ground Delivery. Certain furniture pieces, mirrors and lighting are not eligible to ship to Canada. Customers are responsible for all import taxes, duties, carrier fees and customs declarations. Expedited shipping is not available to Canada.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping through DHL Express Worldwide and shipping times and price are calculated live at checkout based on your shipping destination, type of item, size, and weight. Customers are responsible for all import taxes, duties, carrier fees and customs declarations.

In-Store Pickup

Free In-store pickup is available for a majority of our items. There is an option for in-store pickup at checkout before you enter your address.

Furniture Delivery

Shoppe does not have an in-house delivery service. All shipments and deliveries are carried out via third party companies. We will not be held liable for any damages after product has left our warehouse. Any transit damage discovered after the fact and not noted in writing on the bill of lading will preclude a damage claim with the appropriate company. It is the responsibility of the receiver to inspect all items before signing off on the BOL or allowing the driver to leave. If your order arrives in such a condition, please contact us immediately. Shoppe will accept responsibility for defective or damaged product if determined to be a manufacturing or quality issue.

Lead Times

We update our website with the estimated shipping time frames as often as possible on the product descriptions. Do to the high demand on our products and in the event of an unforeseen delay with production, the estimated lead time is subject to change. Should this occur, you will be notified of changes to the item(s) in your order. Please note, lead times do not include shipping times.

Shipping and Exchange Policy

We hope you love your selections as much as we do. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly offer you an exchange or refund for most of our merchandise within 14 days from receipt of product or purchase from a store. Product must be unused/unwashed and proof of purchase is required for a refund, this includes:

  • Original Paper Receipt
  • Gift Receipt
  • Original Packing Slip
  • Gift Packing Slip
  • Email payment confirmation of purchase

Returns are refunded in the original payment form for the merchandise price, less shipping and handling.

To return an item, please call our Calabasas store at (818) 223-9600 for assistance. To return an item, you must return in the original box, or a box adequate for return via FedEx.

Returns

Custom Products

For any custom or personalization orders are made for you and therefore they cannot be returned, exchanged or canceled at any time and are nonrefundable. Custom products include: Custom Furniture, Custom Rugs, and any items with requested changes to its original design or form.

Food Items

We do not offer refunds for food items

Shipping and Handling Charges

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. Return shipping charges may apply. Taxes charged are refunded in accordance with state and local laws. Returns sent via USPS that arrive with postage due will be returned to the sender.

Final Sale & Clearance Items 

Final Sale and Clearance items are not returnable or exchangeable except for manufacturing defects.

Damaged Product

All products are carefully inspected prior to shipment, and we ask that you inspect your pieces upon receipt. However, if a defect is discovered. Please contact our Calabasas store at (818) 223-9600 or contact@french.us for assistance.
